Introduction to the installation and debugging steps of high-frequency welded pipe machine. Come and bookmark it!

1. Upper Die: Install the mold on the high-frequency machine, place edge material underneath, check whether the mold segments and mold are in good condition. Mold adjustment: After mold installation, it must be adjusted to level and set parameters, ensuring the left and right depths are the same, neither too deep nor too shallow. Press high-frequency: Align the material with the mold, press the pressure foot, and double-press the power switch.

2. High-frequency refers to high-frequency waves. The principle of high-frequency welded pipe machines differs from ultrasound. High-frequency machines utilize high-frequency electromagnetic fields to make molecules in materials collide intensely, generating high temperatures to achieve welding. Due to the wide application range of high-frequency welded pipe machines, there are currently high-frequency plastic welding machines, high-frequency leather-plastic welding machines, high-frequency folding box machines, high-frequency metal welding casting machines, high-frequency metal heating machines, etc. High-frequency products are more popular because the high temperatures generated by high-frequency electromagnetic fields are more conducive to product integration.

3. The high-frequency speaker has very high output power. The oscillator frequency is 27.12MHz or 40.68MHz, conforming to frequency band standards. Various control devices with specialized electronic circuits can prevent operational errors, weld products as quickly as possible, and improve product yield rates. The working principle of high-frequency welded pipe machines is that dielectric materials generate molecular polarization through high-frequency electric fields and arrange along the electric field direction. If the direction changes at extremely high speed due to high-frequency electric fields, dielectric materials will generate heat due to dielectric loss.

4. High-frequency welded pipe machines professionally produce various general-purpose high-frequency equipment, including four-row manual sliding table welding machines. High-frequency machines operate flexibly and conveniently, which can increase production. High-sensitivity spark protection devices prevent mold damage and can be professionally customized according to customer requirements. High-frequency machines are suitable for processing whole-roll products; PVC folding, grid strips, business card holders, and other products can be processed in whole rolls. 5. The automatic frequency tracking function of high-frequency welded pipe machines combined with frequency polarization protection function keeps the ultrasonic plastic welding machine generator always in good working frequency. The tuner has boost circuits and suppression circuits. During normal welding, the amplitude can reach 1.5-2 times, improving instantaneous welding characteristics, automatically reducing overload amplitude, maintaining continuous overload, and having good automatic amplitude adjustment function.

6. Install the electron tube. a. Open the lower front cover and right cover of the machine body. b. Carefully place the high-frequency electron tube into the resonant cylinder from the gap at the back of the machine, adjust the direction, and fix it on the mounting seat with screws. c. Install the filament wire on the filament screw of the electron tube. When tightening the nut, two suitable wrenches must be used simultaneously to hold the upper and lower nuts to prevent the ceramic body on the electron tube from cracking and rendering the tube scrapped. d. Fix the grid copper plate on the electron tube grid with screws without loosening.

7. Install the push plate slide rail and place the push plate. First fix the slide rail on the corresponding mounting seat of the machine with screws (do not tighten the screws yet), then place the push plate on the slide rail (the pulley should block the slide rail), adjust the slide rail so that the push plate aligns with the support plate, allowing it to move smoothly and flexibly. Then tighten the slide rail fixing screws.

8. Install the power cord. The high-frequency welded pipe machine power cord is a 5-core cable, among which the yellow wire is the ground wire, the brown wire is the ground wire, and the other three are live wires (no phase sequence). To ensure personal safety, the ground wire must be reliably connected.
