Correct Installation Steps for High-Frequency Welded Pipe Machine
1. Transportation: A forklift should be selected to transport the high-frequency welded pipe machine.
2. Equipment Fixation: The machine should be horizontally fixed on a stable foundation and grounded.
3. Oil Filling: Open the rear cover of the chassis and add 56 liters of No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil to the fuel tank.
4. Power Connection: Connect the power cord of the high-frequency welded pipe machine to the regular power supply of the machine, and start the motor to check the rotation direction. The rotation direction of the motor should be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the motor label. After connecting the wires properly, turn on the power switch. If the machine moves and the die opening opens, the motor rotation direction is correct. If the machine does not move, switch any two wires at the front of the machine.
5. Pressure Adjustment: The system pressure of the machine is 31.5MPa, which is adjusted by the relief valve. Turning the high-frequency welded pipe unit clockwise increases the pressure, and counterclockwise decreases the pressure.
Precautions Before Using the High-Frequency Welded Pipe Machine
1. Before starting the machine, it is necessary to check whether safety devices such as the equipment safety cover are complete and intact. 2. Check if the fixing screws of each part are firm. 3. Check if the fan in the high-frequency controller is running normally and smoothly. 4. Check if the high-frequency mold and auxiliary tools are complete and intact. 5. After preheating for 5 minutes, start debugging to check the basic performance of the equipment, including high-frequency current, whether the switch is flexible, lubrication parts and other components, whether the operation is normal, and whether there is abnormal noise. Production can only be carried out after confirming safety, and switch failure is strictly prohibited.
Scope of Application of High-Frequency Welded Pipe Machine
1. Welding of cemented carbide tools. Such as turning tools, milling cutters, twist drills, hot rolling tools, pliers, hammers, wrenches, wire cutters, etc. 2. Welding of diamond drill bits, such as welding of diamond saw blades, welding of abrasive tools, welding of saw teeth. 3. Welding of exploration drill bits, such as straight drill bits and horn drill bits. 4. Composite welding of metal materials such as brass, red copper, and stainless steel pot bottoms. Heat treatment of motorcycle parts, heating of standard parts hot blocks, nut hot blocks, and copper standard materials.
Main Advantages of High-Frequency Welded Pipe Machine
1. High safety factor: No flammable and explosive gases are required, ensuring the safety of life and property. 2. Energy saving and environmental protection. No harmful gases such as carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide are produced during the welding process. Due to the use of electricity, the cost is greatly reduced compared with gases such as acetylene, gasoline, oxygen, and liquefied petroleum gas. 3. Low cost: Traditional brazing has low welding temperature, high heat radiation, high welding cost, and risk of explosion. The flame temperature of the plasma brazing machine is controllable, the welding temperature can reach more than 2000 degrees, with high stability, and the welding speed is more than twice that of acetylene welding. It can weld continuously for twelve hours. 4. Easy to carry: Since the entire main unit only weighs a few kilograms and has a small volume, no acetylene cylinder or oxygen cylinder is needed, making it very suitable for working outdoors or in harsh environments.
